We don’t. Our focus is the front end- marketing your property, finding and qualifying tenants for your consideration, and taking it all the way to the signed lease agreement. Then we hand it back to you. Of course, you can always reach out to us for questions or recommendations for specific contractors and vendors to help you with your rental home.

We also do lease renewals.

We will handle leases shorter than a year, but we don’t do vacation rentals.

Yes, we personally verify that each rental we list is of the quality our clients expect. We will not list an unknown or substandard property.

We come to your property for an initial viewing and needs assessment. Our marketing fee is charged when we agree to a marketing plan, and move forward toward finding you the best possible tenant.

The final fee is not paid until we have found that tenant and brought it to a lease agreement. Other than the initial marketing fee, nothing is charged to you if you find your own tenant.
